Return & Refund Policy

At See light Optics, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards for contact lenses.

🔹 1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unopened and sealed
    • In original packaging

🚫 Opened contact lenses cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, as they are considered medical products and must meet strict hygiene standards.

🔹 2. Accepted Return Reasons

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Customer ordered the wrong power, color, or product
  • Change of mind (no specific reason)

🔹 3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any product that has been opened or used
  • Products not in original condition or packaging

🔹 4. Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • In all cases (including wrong orders by the customer), delivery fees are non-refundable

🔹 5. Refund Policy

  • Approved returns are eligible for a full refund of the product value only
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item

🔹 6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges instead of refunds if preferred.

You may request an exchange for:

  • Power
  • Color
  • Brand

📦 Exchange conditions:

  • Product must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for delivery fees

🔹 7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

🔹 8. Promotions & Bundles

  • Items purchased under promotions or discounts are eligible for return
  • Bundles can be partially returned, provided returned items meet the return conditions

🔹 9. Service Area

  • This return policy applies only to orders delivered within the Greater Cairo Area
